1. PAYMENT

Prices includes VAT RO 19%.

The purchase price displayed on the invoice will be the same as the one presented on the site at the time of purchase, plus the delivery costs where applicable.

Payment Methods:

- Refund - cash, upon delivery

- Online, by card. Our payment processor is EuPlatesc

- Through the bank: For this payment method, please let us know and a representative of SC FASHION ART SRL will prepare your invoice, payment confirmation, etc., so that your order will be delivered as soon as possible. Products will be delivered only after receiving the money in our account. Payment confirmation can take between 24 and 48 hours depending on the payment processing between the banks involved.

 

2. DELIVERY

Deliveries are made throughout Romania within 7-15 business days from receiving the order.

During the Legal Holidays and Discount Period, there is the possibility of delivery delay of the package for about 7 days.

Delivery of the order is made at the address communicated in the order, by courier.

On Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays no orders are dispatched.

Shipping cost:

FREE shipping for orders over 500 Lei

For orders under 500 Lei, the value of the transport is 25 lei, through Fan Curier.

3. CHANGES AND RETURN

Ordered products can be returned or exchanged within 14 business days from receiving the package. The client who has an order worth more than 500 lei and who chooses the option to change a product, benefits from free return for the returned product and free delivery for the replaced product. If for an order, two or more product exchanges will be registered, starting with the second exchange, the roundtrip transfer fee is 25 lei.

For orders less than 500 lei, the roundtrip transfer fee for the replaced product is 25 Lei.

Customers who choose the return option for the product / products will benefit from a preferential return fee of 20 Lei, which will be deducted from the amount refunded to your account.

ATTANTION!!! If you choose for another courier service, we reserve the right to invoice the amount or refuse the package.

 

a. Return Conditions:

- Make sure the ordered products are returned in the same state they were received. Returned products should not show any signs of wear or washing, they must have all attached labels and be accompanied by the tax or sales invoice. If the returned products do not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right not to refund your products, we will send you the package with the expedition cost to you.

- Complete the return form and place it in the box along with the invoice and the product (s) you wish to return. Please do not forget to attach the form. Without it, we will not be able to process the return.

- Pack the product (s) in the original packaging or in a similar way to ensure that they are not damaged during transport.

 

 b. Return options:

Fill out the RETURN FORM and add it to the returned product package. If you do not have a printer, save the return form on the computer, fill in the required fields, then save with the inserted data and send it to atelier@danatanase.com. Send the return form via e-mail before sending the package with the returned product.

 

c. How to proceed:

Returned products accompanied by invoice and return form:

- FREE at Dana Tanase Workshop - Str. de Mijloc, no. 107, Brasov. The money will be returned to you after verification of the products, the invoice and the return form.

- FREE, through courier company FAN CURIER if you want to change the product (size, color or exchange with another product), for orders with a minimum value of 500 lei. For orders less than 500 lei, the roundtrip transfer fee is 25 Lei.

- by any other courier company, with PAYMENT TO EXPEDITOR.

 

The address to which the return package is sent: Atelier Dana Tanase - Str. de Mijloc, no. 107, Brasov, tel: 0722 509 046. After receiving the package and checking the documents and products, we will send the requested product or we will initiate the refund of the counter value in the bank account specified on the return form, within 24H - valid on working days.

When we recieve the package, the product will be checked to see if it meets the above mentioned conditions; otherwise it will be denied.

We do not receive returns via the Romanian Post, but only through courier companies.

 

If you have received a product other than the one you ordered or your product is defective, please contact us in 24H by email at atelier@danatanase.com to remedy these inconvenience. For replacement with a new product or refund the money, the transport fee will be provided by DANATANASE.COM.
